RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (revised December 2018):

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is possibly defective, as determined by the vinyl manufacturer or store owner, a receipt (email or text) or order number will be required for any applicable refund or exchange. We are unable to help you if you voluntarily choose not to receive a receipt at checkout. 

CLASSES OR EVENTS

Registration Fees may be applied to a future class IF Sweet Home Vinyl is informed 24 hours or more before a class begins. No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit

SHIPPED ORDERS:

NO orders placed online will be shipped. Online ordering is for LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. Online orders with out-of-state (non-Texas) addresses will be automatically canceled. Only orders placed by phone (210-994-8449) may be shipped for a flat rate.

CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND ORDERS:

For printed vinyl orders of Sweet Home Vinyl designs, orders are printed on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays when placed before 5 pm on those days. Orders placed on any other days will be printed on the next printing day (Tues, Thurs or Sat). Printing days subject to change due to store closures, special store hours or equipment management.

For printed vinyl orders of customer designs, orders are printed within 48-72 hours of order confirmation by email. All custom orders must be prepaid before anything will be printed.
